Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Betting Not On Gamstop editorial team, what we can help with, and what we cannot. We publish research-based guides to betting sites outside the GAMSTOP scheme, so many messages are really about a bookmaker's account, a withdrawal or a bonus. Those usually need a different route, and we point you to it below.

What we can help with

We are an independent information site. We are not a bookmaker, and we cannot see, change or influence any betting account.

  • Corrections: if an offer, term or fact on our pages looks out of date or wrong, tell us which page and what you saw. Bonus terms change often, so reader reports are useful.
  • Questions about our guides: for example, how wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds or bonus expiry dates work.
  • Suggestions: topics, sports markets or payment questions you would like covered.
  • Business or editorial enquiries: introduce your organisation and what you have in mind.

How to write to us

Use the contact details or form shown on this site. We do not publish a phone number or other channel here unless it appears on the site itself, and we will never ask you for a password, card number or login details.

  1. Say which page you are writing about, using its title or address.
  2. Describe the issue in a sentence or two. Quote the wording you think is wrong.
  3. If you can, include a date and a screenshot of what you saw.
  4. Leave out personal account numbers and identity documents.

We read messages, but we do not promise a fixed reply time. Corrections are checked against the bookmaker's own published terms before anything is changed.

Problems with a bookmaker or bonus

If your issue is with a specific site, contact that bookmaker's customer support first. Keep copies of chats, emails and the bonus terms as they stood when you claimed.

  • Delayed withdrawals, identity checks (KYC) and source-of-funds requests are handled by the operator.
  • Check the operator's complaints procedure and, where it names one, the dispute body or licensing authority it says it uses.
  • We cannot resolve withdrawal disputes, reverse a bonus decision or recover funds, and we cannot guarantee any outcome.

Operators outside Great Britain may not be covered by UK Gambling Commission protections or the GAMSTOP scheme, so complaint options can be narrower. Our guide to trusted non GamStop casinos explains what to check before you register anywhere.

If gambling is causing you harm

If betting is affecting your finances, relationships or wellbeing, please speak to someone independent. GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, with online chat also available. If you have self-excluded through GAMSTOP, you can also use deposit and loss limits, blocking software and support services to keep that decision in place. Gambling is not a way to earn income or solve money problems.

You must be 18 or over to gamble. Our pages are information, not a recommendation to bet, and some of our links may earn us a commission. Commission does not decide how any site is assessed.

Our approach to corrections

We review claims against published terms and mark time-sensitive details with the date they were checked. Where something cannot be confirmed, we say so rather than guess. Thank you for helping keep the information accurate.
